Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet been shipped. If the order has already been shipped, you will need to follow our returns process.

8. How do I know if a part fits my car?

Fill in the your car filter and you will only receive products that fit your car. There is also a compatibility section on each product page that lists all suitable cars.

9. What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

If your order is damaged or incorrectly delivered, please contact our customer service within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange a replacement or return at no extra cost.
