Shipping time depends on your location:

• Netherlands & Belgium: 1-2 working days.
• EU countries: 3-5 working days.
• International: 7-14 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a track & trace code.

3. Can I return or exchange an item?

Yes, we offer a 14 day return and exchange policy. Items must be unused, in the original packaging and with proof of purchase. Please contact our customer service for more information.

4. How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a track & trace code by email. This allows you to track your package via our website or the carrier's page.

5. Does KCPerformance ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by region. You can find more information at checkout or contact our customer service for specific questions.

6. Can I cancel my order after I have placed it?

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet been shipped. If the order has already been shipped, you will need to follow our returns process.

7. Do you offer installation services?

Yes, we offer professional installation services in our workshop. You can book an appointment via our website or contact us for more information.

8. How do I know if a part fits my car?

Fill in the your car filter and you will only receive products that fit your car. There is also a compatibility section on each product page that lists all suitable cars.

9. What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

If your order is damaged or incorrectly delivered, please contact our customer service within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange a replacement or return at no extra cost.
