We ship worldwide. Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on destination, weight and package dimensions. We do not offer flat-rate shipping or free shipping.
In-stock products ordered before 15:00 (CET – Central European Time, The Netherlands) are typically processed and shipped the same business day.
Orders placed after 15:00 CET will be processed on the next business day.
We process and dispatch shipments from Monday through Friday. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or official public holidays in The Netherlands. Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.
For custom CNC-machined parts and made-to-order products, production lead times may vary. Estimated lead times are stated on the product page. If no lead time is mentioned, customers are advised to contact us at info@kcperformance.eu prior to ordering.

Due to the nature of performance automotive components such as transmission adapters, differential adapters and drivetrain parts, shipping costs may vary depending on size and weight.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. If a shipment is returned due to incorrect address details, additional shipping costs may apply for reshipment.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the packaging and damaged product.
If a shipment is lost in transit, please contact us so we can initiate an investigation with the carrier.
